For ICON 2026, speakers were invited to do more than present ideas — we were asked to generate resonant energy that extends beyond the stage and into the vibrant, informal conversations that will make this community resonate and realize our collective intelligence. The conference theme, “Closer to Coherence,” reflects our progress — that we’ve evolved into a community standing at the threshold of sustaining this deeper intersubjective field. A living We-Space that participants can feel, explore, and co-create when there is a shared interest. Each accepted speaker proposal was chosen provided it could fulfill these aspirations and offered direct experiential practices that appealed to both newcomers and longtime members of our community.
“Creating the scene that creates the future” was the living intention behind the design of this year’s ICON experience.
